The 24-hour rule, enforced here rather than described. Inside the window the reschedule and cancel buttons are disabled and the page says why, instead of letting you try and then charging you.
Unwell? If your session is in person and you have flu-like symptoms, cancel at any time at no charge, including the same day. Use the "I am unwell" option and nothing is charged.
Freeing a slot helps someone. When you cancel or move, the slot is offered to the waitlist automatically. There are usually people waiting weeks for exactly that time.
