Sessions

One to one, in person or anywhere in the world

Deep multi-system work on whatever is actually asking to be cleared. No two sessions look the same, because no two people arrive with the same thing.

Four ways to sit with us

About holistic healing

Why we work the whole system

A symptom is rarely where the problem lives.

Conventional care tends to divide a person into departments: this belongs to the body, that to the mind, this other thing to a spiritual practice you do on your own time. In practice those systems are one system, and they carry each other's weight.

Holistic healing means we look at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual together, because that is how they actually behave. A digestive issue may be carrying an emotional pattern. A recurring thought may be held in the nervous system. Chasing either one alone tends to produce a temporary result.

When all four are addressed in the same session, the shift holds. That is the whole reason we work this way.

What to expect

What a session with Brook is like

If you have never done this before, here is the shape of it.

1

Before you arrive

You tell us what you would like to work on when you book. A sentence is plenty. Brook reads it beforehand, so the session starts where you are, not at the introductions.

2

The first few minutes

A short conversation. Brook is reading far more than what you say out loud, and will often name the thing underneath before you get to it.

3

The work

You lie down or stay seated, fully clothed. Most people feel heat, movement or a deep settling. Some fall asleep. Nothing is required of you except being there.

4

Afterwards

You get whatever practice will land the work, in plain language. Drink water, go gently for a day or two. Changes often keep unfolding for a few weeks.

Zoom works. If you are wondering whether distance sessions are as effective, they are. A large part of the practice has been remote for years, with clients in Israel, Jordan, Mexico, India and across Europe. You need a quiet room and a place to lie down. That is it.
Booking ahead

Several weeks, usually

Brook books out. There is a cancellation list, but cancellations are rare and usually last minute. Book the next open slot and join the waitlist for something earlier, rather than waiting for a gap that may not come.

Rescheduling

24 hours, self-serve

Move or cancel from your confirmation email, free, up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full, except for medical reasons.

If you are unwell

Cancel, no charge

For in-person sessions, if you have flu-like symptoms please cancel even on the same day, at no charge. Brook sees many people with compromised immune systems and this needs to be a safe place for everyone.
