Before you book
If you are unwell, cancel. For in-person sessions, if you have flu-like symptoms please cancel even on the same day. You will not be charged a cancellation fee. Brook sees many people with compromised immune systems and we want this to be a place where everyone feels safe.
Sessions book several weeks ahead. There is a cancellation list, but cancellations are rare and usually last minute. We strongly recommend booking an open slot now and joining the waitlist for something earlier, rather than waiting.
Rescheduling. Move or cancel yourself, free, up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full, except for medical reasons.
